How It Works

Register when you arrive at the convention. We are not equiped to manage Credit Cards but will gladly accept checks and/or cash.
An ATM machine is available in the hotel.

The Convention $55 per person includes all workshops/meetings, Friday dinner in the hospitality suite, and Sunday lunch.

The Banquet is $45 per person (guests also welcome for an additional $45 each) and includes your choice of chicken, fish or vegetarian entree. Don't wait until you get there to order or banquet: we need to provide the hotel with the count by February 10. See the menu

The Dance is $5 per person. The dance Saturday night will feature the Seattle (District 4) recovery rock band The Resentments and follow the banquet and speaker's meeting.

Refund Policy: We are unable to refund your convention registration prior to the convention and will do so only if there are funds remaining after all of the convention expenses have been met.
We are requesting that you consider one of the following options:
Your registration/banquet tickets are transferable, so if you would like to sell or donate them to someone, perhaps in your district, that would be great.
Or donate your registration/banquet to the convention as a scholarship that would allow someone else to attend who otherwise could not afford to.
